I always feel physically better after taking a Svaroopa® yoga class with Andrea. By noticing where I am tense and how my muscles move during a certain pose at the beginning of class (with Andrea's guidance), it is easy to determine by the end of class how my muscles have relaxed and stretched, and how my mind and breathing have quieted as well, when I move into the same pose again. My hips, back, brain and soul look forward to the next class! |
